Considering the teacher`s qualifications, any long-term changes would match the teacher`s abilities and training. The expectation is that the teacher would be given the assignment as designated in the contract. Also in a (any) growing school, there are many new situations that makes fixing responsibilities a little more challenging. Staff are expected to be flexible in order to step in as required by the Principal so that the academic operations are smooth. A staff is hired based on his/her skill set so he/she should have the ability to be flexible and contribute in a grade or responsibility different from the one first offered to them.
